Beautiful cameo of a woman carved in conch shell and set in a bezeled 18K yellow gold frame. She is wearing an updo as well as earrings, and an off-shoulder top. Has a fold-down bail so you can wear this cameo as a pin or a pendant. Marked 750. Also has a star mark as well as the mark 340 NA. Excellent condition. Measures 2 1/8' x just under 1'.
